Must-have

  • 3-5+ years hybrid Operations/Technology experience
  • Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or WMS expertise
  • Product Owner or Business Analyst background
  • Experience leading software rollouts to non-technical teams
  • Strong understanding of production workflows and inventory control

Nice-to-have

  • Ability to bridge technical and business communication gaps
  • Experience with 360Learning platform
  • Background in FMCG or supply chain environments
  • Success in high-pressure incident management scenarios

Key Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hybrid Operations/Technology experience
