Job Summary

• This is a results focused position where the primary goal is to drive enrollment growth for our vital Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program by converting pre-qualified member leads into active enrollments.
• Execute high-volume outbound calls to a list of pre-qualified health plan members to secure enrollments in new Enhanced Care Management (ECM) benefits.

Base: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Uncapped monthly performance bonuses; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401(K), PTO
