Candidates must possess the ability to work independently, make critical decisions without supervision, and maintain an on-call status for emergencies.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-3 years hands-on broadcast equipment experience
Expert knowledge of broadcast air-chain signal path
FCC and FAA regulatory compliance knowledge
Independent troubleshooting and critical decision making
On-call availability for emergency breakdowns
Ability to lift 50lbs and climb ladders
Nice-to-have
Advanced computer skills and AutoCAD experience
Ability to train personnel in technical operations
Experience supervising contracted work
Meticulous attention to detail in reporting
Key Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience
