Job Summary

  • Perform analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast, including review of Orders received and monthly reporting.
  • Business partner with Local Factory/Business/Hub Controllers to understand financial performance drivers and propose value-add solutions.
  • Support preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, along with audit support.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting with CMA/ CA / MBA
  • At least 1 years' experience in FP&A
  • Manufacturing experience background preferable
  • Prior experience in controlling COE setup preferred
  • Proficiency in spoken & written English
