Your mission is to be the 'guardian of the rules of the game' for Airbus, simplifying and piloting how the company applies its policies and standards.
You will be responsible for the governance of the new Business Management System (BMS), ensuring strategic orientations are coherently, fluidly, and measurably deployed across all functions.
This role offers unique transversal visibility across all Airbus businesses and an exciting opportunity to prepare Airbus BMS for future challenges while supporting Quality and BMS transformation.

Key Requirements
Diploma/Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Process Management or comparable
Proven experience in Quality, Process Management, and Compliance
Knowledge of Airbus BMS, Design, Production, Approvals
Mastery of governance and quality standards (ISO 37000/37001, EN9100/9110)
Knowledge of aeronautical regulations (EASA Part 21)
