Job Summary
We are revolutionizing the pet industry and are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can make every client feel like a VIP (Very Important Pet-parent).
You will be responsible for welcoming pet parents and their furry VIPs, answering phones, touring new clients, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling payments, and responding to complaints.
This role requires you to be on your feet often, lift up to 40 lbs, be available on evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be comfortable with exposure to cleaning supplies, pet hair, and "accidents".
