Job Summary
This high-profile role requires a hands-on approach to integrate E&C into daily manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of integrity.
The E&C Director will join peers as part of the MMS Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing counsel and assistance to the Head of Site, as well as leaders from Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, IM and Security.
The candidate will be challenged from Day 1 to demonstrate leadership, build positive relationships and contribute to achieving program goals by learning, adapting and driving Airbus’ Culture of Compliance through processes, tools and training at the site and across North America.
