Job Summary

  • You will be part of the CMG JBS India team, supporting the commercial real estate business in the form of supporting the quarterly/annual valuation reviews which includes Argus modeling, memo writing, financial statement analysis, lease analysis, and other ad hoc activities.
  • Working closely with analysts and stakeholders from various global offices and supporting on the various process within the capital market team.

Key Requirements

  • 0-4 years of work experience in real estate industry
  • Proficiency in reviewing real estate documents
  • Outstanding computer orientation and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word software
  • Hands on experience on Argus Software
  • Bachelor’s or MBA degree in finance, Real Estate, or related disciplines
