Job Summary

  • Oversee the daily operation of the plant, establishing and approving production schedules, functions, and personnel to ensure quotas and goals are met.
  • Ensure product safety, regulatory compliance, and compliance within company standards, while also reviewing wastewater facilities, sanitation records, and equipment condition.
  • This position has management and employee supervisory responsibilities for the entire facility in the area of discipline, hiring, and firing, and is responsible for reviewing timesheets, overtime, and approving payroll.
