The Senior Manager, Human Resources is a key member of the Site Leadership Team responsible for strategic and operational success for an associate headcount exceeding 700.
This role requires proactively creating actionable HR initiatives that enable the enterprise to achieve its goals while ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will partner with Talent Acquisition and Centers of Excellence to drive workforce planning, talent management, and diversity and inclusion strategies.

7 years progressive HR experience
3 years managing others
3 years on-site manufacturing HR support
Knowledge of federal state local labor laws
Experience with union and non-union environments
Nice-to-have
PHR SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification

Strong data analysis skills
Empathy and authenticity in leadership
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
Minimum 7 years progressive HR experience
