Key Requirements

  • Recognised qualification in Pastoral/Spiritual Care
  • Minimum 2 units or working towards Clinical Pastoral Education
  • Tertiary qualifications in counselling, theology, psychology or equivalent
  • Spiritual Care Australia Membership
  • National Police Certificate or NDIS Worker Screening Check within last 6 months
  • Relevant pastoral experience in clinical/care environment
  • Understanding of Aged Care resident rights and responsibilities
