Job Summary

• Serve as BSC’s global electrostatics expert for Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) – safe handling for sensitive electronics, Electrostatic Attraction (ESA) / FM reduction for in-process and final pack areas in our cleanrooms, and static sensitive chemical handling for flammable chemicals.
• This important position is part of the Global R&D department and works across all divisions and geographies, collaborating with different functions to find practical solutions.
• The role follows a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 3 days in-office per week from our Arden Hills, Maple Grove, MN, Galway, Ireland and Coyol, Heredia, Cartago, Costa Rica facilities.
