The Senior Production Manager assists and takes on the Plant Manager’s role when absent and guides the corporation in maintaining and improving its competitive position.
This role directs operations activities including production, quality, technical, logistics, and trade compliance to accomplish corporate objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
The position involves coordinating communication and activities between the main facility and satellite locations and adhering to all Samtec Quality Principles.
