Job Summary

  • Performs focused interview to identify specific patients’ needs and assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Plans for outcomes of care, performs interventions according to identified priorities, and adheres to emergency, safety, and infection control procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the facility.
