Job Summary
Prepare, negotiate and conclude sale/purchase contracts, charter party, derivatives contracts based on transaction terms and conditions.
Ensure all obligations from contracts are fulfilled including dealing with cargo counterparties, terminals, vessels, and monitoring vessel progress.
Provide advice to Deputy Managing Director during commercial decision making to prevent unplanned events and maximize trade profits.
