Job Summary

  • The Administrative Specialist III is responsible for coordinating office activities, researching and preparing special reports, and developing, revising, and recommending administrative policies and procedures as directed by supervisor.
  • This position supports the Arkansas APEX Accelerator program staff by purchasing supplies, creating and submitting expense reports, making travel arrangements, preparing documents, shipping packages, forwarding correspondence, assisting in event organization, and maintaining inventory control.
  • The position also supports Arkansas APEX Accelerator business clients by responding to communications, assisting with training events, providing computer support, and monthly client government contract reporting.
