Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years building distributed data systems
3+ years significant leadership experience
Deep expertise in AWS Kinesis and Spark Structured Streaming
Strong command of Databricks and Delta Lake environments
Experience defining data contracts and event schema standards
Nice-to-have
Ability to guide high-performance pipeline design
Experience with Tableau environments on AWS
Proven success designing idempotent data platforms
Strong operational rigor and observability skills
