You will operate at the executive level, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to shape how care is designed, funded, and delivered, while also maintaining flexibility for clinical practice or academic work.
Success in the first 12 months includes designing integrated care pathways, strengthening clinical governance for home-based models, enabling safe scalable care-at-home services, and reducing avoidable hospital admissions.

Current AHPRA registration
Senior clinical expertise (Psychiatrist, Psychogeriatrician, General Physician, Addiction Medicine Specialist, or Senior Mental Health Nurse Practitioner)
Deep experience in clinical governance and risk management
Deep experience in integrated chronic disease and mental health care
Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams
Proven track record of designing, scaling, or evolving models of care
