• Achieve sales targets by increasing the use of the Novartis product portfolio, acting as a networker in multiple sectors, establishing and expanding therapies across multiple indication groups, considering organizational specifics and various supply chains.
• Establish Novartis as a preferred partner for therapies in more than one indication group by conveying high scientific and patient-oriented added value.
• Continuously analyze the territory and develop a deep understanding of the organization and its diverse processes, including therapeutic centers, patient flows, competition, reimbursement situations, and supply chains.
