Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to maintain resident medical records and health information systems in accordance with current federal and state guidelines as well as in accordance with our facility’s established privacy policies and procedures.
  • You will be responsible for organizing, planning, and directing the medical records department, assisting with scheduling assessments, and ensuring proper documentation and filing of resident charts.
  • The work environment includes office areas and throughout the facility, with exposure to infectious diseases and hazardous chemicals, requiring adherence to safety protocols and participation in mandatory training programs.
