Responsibilities include developing and executing the local MA strategy, creating and maintaining a high-performing team, representing Medical Affairs in cross-functional collaborations, and supporting the Country Medical Director.
The role involves engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, including R&D, Human Health, payers, policymakers, and scientific leaders, to drive medical strategy and knowledge transfer.
