No Yolks is seeking a Plant Learning & Development Coordinator in Medina, NY, to develop and maintain training programs for site employees in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in training and development, particularly in a manufacturing setting, and will possess strong communication and organizational skills

Job Summary

  • Design, deliver, and maintain effective training programs for hourly and salaried employees across all shifts, using classroom, on-the-floor, and eLearning formats.
  • Maintain accurate training records, track completion rates, identify gaps, and adjust materials as processes evolve.
  • Provide CPR/First Aid/Bloodborne Pathogen training and assist with safety-related training and documentation.

Salary

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in training or L&D
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate or technical degree preferred

  • Forklift Trainer Certification or Red Cross Training Certification is a plus
