Proven track record with Works Council relationships
Experience handling complex investigations and restructures
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

Multilingual fluency in English and another European language
Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics

Ability to influence senior leaders with data insights
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
Preferably CIPD qualified
Solid knowledge of European labour laws
Experience managing Works Council relationships in France, Germany, Netherlands
Experience interacting with national-level Trade Unions
