The Resource Planner facilitates the creation of frontline installation resource strategy and ensures efficient utilization of people, hoists, and tools.
This role requires managing resource pools in close collaboration with Delivery Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Installation Supervisors to allocate resources proactively.
The position involves communicating capacity demand forecasts to subcontractors early to confirm availability and ensure alignment with the Sales & Operations Planning process.
