  • The Global Maintenance Strategy & Planning Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the global maintenance strategy and planning framework across all CSL Behring manufacturing sites.
  • This role provides strategic leadership for maintenance planning standards, shutdown and outage planning, asset care portfolios, and integration with reliability, capital, and MRO programs, aligned with CSL’s patient-focused mission and Core Values.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years maintenance or reliability experience
  • Experience managing global teams

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally
