The position requires managing audit programs, risk remediation, and delivering executive-level compliance reports to business stakeholders.

Salary
Base: $109,600 - $182,600 USD yearly; Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus plan; Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401(k), life insurance, tuition reimbursement, 18 days PTO

Key Requirements
8+ years progressive experience in healthcare regulatory compliance
Licensed Pharmacist strongly preferred; alternatively Nurse, JD, or other licensed professional
Hands-on experience with DEA compliance and drug distribution regulations
Proven ability to lead audits and manage issue resolution
