  • Ohio Paramedic Certification
  • Kentucky Paramedic Certification within 6 months
  • NREMT Certification within 6 months
  • ACLS and PALS Certification within 3 months
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Provider within 6 months
  • Trauma Certification within 1 year
  • Valid Driver's License with less than 5 points
  • 2+ years related work experience
