Must-have

  • 10-18 years customer success experience
  • Strong grasp of GenAI concepts and LLMs
  • Experience with Azure OpenAI AWS Bedrock Google Vertex AI
  • Ability to drive account growth in scaled accounts
  • In-person client relationships at Director VP level

Nice-to-have

  • Willingness to work alone at client site
  • Understanding of Agentic AI patterns
  • Experience with cloud stack and API integration
  • Passion for human imagination and diversity

Key Requirements

  • 10-18 years relevant experience in consulting or presales
