Job Summary

  • Provide initial technical support contact to end-users, identifying, researching, and resolving general support issues.
  • Work with end-users to troubleshoot technology and software issues, diagnose Golf Data questions, and process/upsell new items.
  • Develop in-house and end-user documentation, organize returns and repairs, and work with customers and manufacturers.
