Job Summary

  • As a #2 Bindery Operator, you will be responsible for reviewing job specifications, performing set-up tasks, monitoring the equipment and troubleshooting on our Core Publishing Solutions team.
  • You’re a fit for the role of the #1 Bindery Operator if your background includes experience leading and training others and working in an industrial setting with a wide range of production machinery.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • Vocational/technical degree preferred
  • Experience leading and training others
  • Experience in industrial setting
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills
  • Experience with Lean and continuous improvement
  • Able to run multiple pieces of equipment
  • Experience on Perfect Binders
  • Experience with hard-cover casing-in lines
  • Able to read and interpret documents
  • Can regularly lift at least 5 lbs. above the shoulder
  • Can regularly stand, walk, crouch, bend, reach and kneel
  • Able to pass a background check and drug test
