Must-have
Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing
Minimum 3 years mental health inpatient experience
Understanding of Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022
Availability for rotating roster including nights
Nice-to-have
Previous experience as Nurse in Charge or ANUM
Resilient and compassionate approach to care
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to adapt and problem solve clinically
Key Requirements
