You will work as a member of the Global Animal Health IT team supporting manufacturing sites in the UK with onsite presence in Milton Keynes.
The role involves managing a small team and participating in an IT on-call rota to provide 24-hour support for critical manufacturing automation systems.
You will implement, test, troubleshoot, and continuously improve automation and control systems to increase production quality, efficiency, and volume.

Troubleshooting EMS, BMS and SCADA systems
Nice-to-have
Team leadership and mentoring skills
Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance
Knowledge of manufacturing systems architecture
Ability to work in global matrix organization
Strong problem-solving skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field
Significant experience delivering IT solutions in regulated manufacturing
Experience with SDLC and data integrity in GxP environments
Experience with Change Controls and Deviations in pharmaceutical industry
Experience supporting Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley components
Understanding of Windows OS, SQL Server, network infrastructure
