Job Summary

  • Drive negotiations and the full contracting lifecycle for complex technology agreements related to design IP, EDA tools, semiconductor manufacturing process technology and product design.
  • Manage and resolve commercial and contractual issues arising from supplier transitions, amendments, and ecosystem changes that impact GF IP and EDA programs.
  • Partner closely with GF business, engineering, procurement, and finance teams to define commercial objectives, and work in close collaboration with IP attorneys on legal terms, risk assessment, and negotiation strategy.
