The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The caregiver assistant is responsible for assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the shift.
Maintaining confidentiality of resident information and reporting any incidents or changes in condition promptly to supervisors is essential.
