Plan the configuration and define business processes based on requirements, presenting the integrated prototype to the customer and monitoring its adaptation.
Resolve complex problems related to the functional and application environment, acting as a functional reference for SAP HR areas with extensive knowledge of legislation and SAP customizing for specific countries.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years' experience
Experience in functional domains

Experience in Service Level Agreements (SLA) metrics
Availability to travel
Good knowledge of ERP methodology
Good knowledge of Human Resources Operations
Knowledge of oral and written English at an advanced level
