  • Perform analysis of current client business processes using functional knowledge of SAP & euHReka platforms, as well as laws of different countries to optimize the service.
  • Plan the configuration and define business processes based on requirements, presenting the integrated prototype to the customer and monitoring its adaptation.
  • Resolve complex problems related to the functional and application environment, acting as a functional reference for SAP HR areas with extensive knowledge of legislation and SAP customizing for specific countries.
