** Vodafone is seeking a Principal Specialist in Technology Resilience to manage and implement telecom network resilience principles across Vodacom markets in South Africa. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in mobile and fixed-line technology, as well as a strong background in technology resilience and business continuity management. **

Job Summary

  • To manage and implement telecom fixed or mobile Networks technology resilience principles and best practice across all Vodacom markets and Subsidiaries.
  • To develop and maintain a technical recovery toolkit to ensure implementation of effective technical recovery plan maintenance including Technology Impact Assessment (TIA).
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree or equivalent qualification in telecommunication engineering (essential) and a minimum of 8 years’ experience within Mobile and Fixed Line technology architecture and or engineering.
