Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience
Regulated environment laboratory operations
Cross-functional project management skills
Hands-on lab equipment and infrastructure expertise
Data-driven performance monitoring and reporting
Nice-to-have
Advanced degree in Science or Engineering
Track record managing multi-site programs
Strong intrapersonal and verbal communication skills
Proven analytical problem-solving abilities
Experience with labs of the future concepts
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree + 4+ years experience OR advanced degree + 2+ years
Unrestricted US work authorization required at time of hire
