Job Summary

  • Manage the end-to-end invoice lifecycle from receipt through payment processing for creators and influencers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all creator billing matters, ensuring invoices are accurate and compliant with Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Submit billing tickets in HubSpot for each campaign invoice and generate reports for management review.
