  • The role owns the service delivery operating model across Connectivity, Network & ICT Managed Services, Technical Support, Field Operations, and complex Enterprise and Public Sector projects (including Syzefxis), ensuring reliable service performance, scalable operations, and optimized cost‑to‑serve.
