Job Summary
The Quality Engineer will provide support and improvement of internal manufacturing processes, working with cross-disciplinary teams to improve quality and productivity targets.
Daily support will include technical problem solving, quality system implementation and auditing, new product launch management, and internal/external supplier corrective actions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
3-5 years of Quality Engineering experience
2 years of direct manufacturing, in-plant experience
Demonstrated program management experience
Expertise with APQP, Lean, Six Sigma, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, VAVE
Use of standard measurement tools
Lead auditor or competence within ISO-9001/TS-16949/AS 9100 quality systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software
Ability to effectively interact and influence in a matrix organization
Active knowledge of high volume manufacturing, assembly and distribution
