Job Summary
Own and execute a wide range of recruiting initiatives focused primarily on hiring top technical talent including software engineers, product managers, data professionals, and other technical specialists.
Work with our Head of People and Senior Recruiter to establish, standardize, and refine recruiting processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability as we grow.
Maintain a consistent, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
