Job Summary

  • The Delivery Executive partners with Managed Services Client Partner Executive and Global Delivery Leaders to meet/exceed Nordic financial measures, achieve performance and client service metrics, and resolution of issues to maintain strong client experience levels.
  • Responsible for overall delivery of Services for a group of high complexity Managed Services accounts, owning the client relationship and accomplishing results through matrixed managers and professional team members.
  • Integrates deep professional understanding and IT Services expertise applicable to Healthcare customers, using extensive experience, innovation thought leadership and judgement to make decisions.
