This position involves leading a team of engineers to govern OT cybersecurity assets, risk registers, and network architectures for solar, wind, and battery systems.

OT/ICS cybersecurity experience in power infrastructure
Knowledge of NCA, HCIS, SAIS regulations
Experience with ISA/IEC 62443 standards
Leadership of cybersecurity engineering teams
FAT, SAT, CSAT validation oversight
SCADA, DCS, PLC, and power protocol expertise

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, Control Systems)
15-20 years overall experience with 7+ years in OT/ICS
Proven implementation of local regulations NCA, HCIS, SAIS
ISA/IEC 62443 or SANS certifications preferred
Experience supporting construction through handover phases
