Aevexaerospace is seeking an Export Control Manager to ensure compliance with export regulations, develop internal compliance programs, and provide training to employees. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in export compliance, particularly within the aerospace or defense sectors, and must possess expert knowledge of relevant regulations

Job Summary

  • Develop and implement the company's internal export compliance program (ECP), including written policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all U.S. export control laws.
  • Prepare, submit, and manage export license applications, Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs), and other authorizations with the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and the Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS).
