The Specialist Process Governance and Quality will be responsible for the facilitation of conformance to the ISO 9001 Standard across Vodacom.
Responsibilities include conducting awareness training, guiding the business in implementing the Quality Management System (QMS), and supporting internal and external ISO 9001 audits.
