Key Requirements

  • Significant second line advisory experience within a UK regulated firm
  • Deep technical knowledge of FCA Handbook (CONC, ICOBS, PRIN, SYSC)
  • Experience embedding Consumer Duty across governance, product lifecycle and customer journeys
  • Skilled in risk identification and proportionate control design
  • Confident communicator and constructive challenger
