Job Summary

  • The Sales Enablement Manager – Strategic Accounts will play a critical role in executing the Covetrus Sales Enablement strategy by delivering consistent, measurable, and scalable enablement experiences for our customer-facing field sales teams.
  • This individual will be instrumental in establishing a formal training program and advising support from L&D for training of our commercial sales teams.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, sales training
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, SFDC
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge/experience in the veterinary industry or within strategic accounts/corporate accounts is preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel <25%
