Job Summary
This role will lead AI and HRIS product compliance, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, and the Privacy team to embed a risk-based legal review into product development workflows.
You will own product T&Cs for HRIS and AI features, including output ownership, training use, acceptable use, and transparency/disclaimers, and stand up core Product AI governance.

Key Requirements
