Job Summary

  • Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
  • Assist in maintaining the department, including cleaning and maintenance of the treatment area, and participate in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences as needed.
  • Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient families or nursing staff in maintenance programs for discharge preparation.
