  • Deep knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and orchestration
  • Proven track record with Lean Six Sigma process improvement
  • Experience managing cross-functional global teams
  • Expertise in insurance underwriting and claims operations

Nice-to-have

  • Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred
  • Familiarity with Anthropic, AWS, Palantir vendors
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
